Trained as a Master of Social Work, I have 20 years experience working in the field of mental health with people of all walks of life, some struggling with health concerns, others with relationships but all looking for ways to live their best life and reduce their stress.
I work from a non judgmental and strength philosophy drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as CBT and mindfulness based approaches.
